As a patient with Anexfeld-Riegars Syndrome & Glaucoma I feel very neglected and as if the Dr's have no idea what they are doing. Ever since my original Dr retired from Pillsbury st I have been moved to the pleasant st location and it is anything but pleasant. They are so unorganized. My last appt was almost 6 months ago and they wanted to follow up to make sure I do not need surgery, they canceled that follow up without any communication and I wasn't informed until I drove the 45min for my appt to be told to go home. Dr. Zall and most all staff have been first and foremost thorough, knowledgeable and have addresses all aspects of my eye care comprehensively. What more could I ask. They are a very busy facility and once n a while I have to wait. Clean spacious seating area.

I have been going to another office connected to LC because of my eyeglasses insurance. Last couple of years I told them my right eye is just not clear but they looked no further. Went to see Dr. Szal who diagnosed a cateract and scheduled surgery. He was great! Explained everything clearly. If you want experienced professional care this is it. Great staff experience as well. I'll update after the surgery which I'm a bit nervous about but feel I'm in good hands. *Update* Surgery went well, everyone was great! In & out in less than 2 hours.
