I had a wonderful experience here with a stylist I think her name was Jen? She did such an amazing job with my hair, I recommend this place! Great vibes and friendly staff! The best full color I have ever had done!
As a fellow small business owner in Concord I think I’m probably more discerning than most when it comes to the level of customer service I receive when I take the time for self care. That said, I love EVERYTHING about Chrome. I have been seeing Dylan for a few years now and can’t speak highly enough of her as a human and a hair stylist. She always takes the time to really listen to what I want at each appointment - whether it’s chopping 8” off my length or adding the most gorgeous, subtle money pieces.
