Walked in for a battery replacement without an appointment. Left my phone and came back an hour later and it was all set. Also fixed my charging port that I didn't know had an issue. Fair pice and quick service. Highly recommend.

I recommend Kyle from AppleTechGuy in concord without reservation. My phone was dropped in a lake for 6 hours and was working when I retrieved it, but I shut it off for two days. Kyle was able to find residual water behind the phone battery and minor corrosion damage. He micro cleaned the corrosion and got the water out.
My phone was saved, good as new, complete with a new screen protector and phone case. I am thrilled to have found Kyle and will be back in the future should I have any other difficulties surrounding electronics.

Reached out to Kyle trying to help my gf find a place to repair her iPad. Unfortunately I did not reach him before my gf found another place. I was impressed by him reaching out and despite her having found another place he shared his knowledge and gave recommendations on other things to get repaired while screen was being replaced.
