I brought my son in today for an exam and new frames. I found the Dr. and the staff we interacted with directly to be great but the selection of frames to be disappointing and vision manager herself to be rude and unprofessional.
Had my prescription in hand and after picking out new frames and new lenses. Was told they would arrive in two weeks. Got an email today, glasses are in already. 4 days early. Love it.
