Walmart Vision & Glasses provides eye exams, affordable prescription glasses, and contact lenses. They are known for their convenient one-stop-shop approach, offering top brands at low prices. Customers can easily save through free in-store pickup and free shipping on qualifying purchases. However, some customers have noted that the quality of lenses and frames is merely adequate, with the understanding that you get what you pay for.
In terms of service, Walmart Vision & Glasses has been praised for their helpful and efficient staff. They were able to accommodate a customer who had lost their glasses and needed new contacts and a prescription the next day. However, it is important to note that they may not accept all insurance plans, as mentioned by one customer. Despite this, they still offered a more affordable option compared to other specialized services.
Dr. Donna at Claremont vision center is the absolute most amazing Dr you can ever imagine. I live in Virginia. I am not even a patient here. And she has helped me tremendously two days in a row. She took so much time when she didn’t have to, and I am absolutely blown away by her kindness and care. Everyone should know Dr. Donna is the greatest most valuable asset to Claremont vision center. If I were you, I would see her. If I lived here, she would be my doctor 100%. Because of her help, I wish I could be her patient. OK now what do I do?

Had my prescription in hand and after picking out new frames and new lenses. Was told they would arrive in two weeks. Got an email today, glasses are in already. 4 days early. Love it.

Average specialized service elsewhere will cost you between 280.00 to 380.00. Was 149.00. They also accept alot more types of insurance. And honor damaged or faulty glasses. Though quality of lenses and frames are barely adequate. You get what you pay for. So I overall acceptable.
