“The four stars I’m putting on this job is because of the crew that was working here. Also, I’d like to say that Nic Is a typical salesman loves to talk but does not listen that is my biggest problem with this whole project other than I managed the project Nic was not here as often as he should’ve been. I saw a gentleman named Dave a lot more than I saw Nic. Nic did tell me that he explained the whole project to the crew, but he only explained it to a gentleman named Matthew who is the boss of the contractor that was doing the job. The boss for the contractor was only here the first day they started lack of communication to the crew is not acceptable. I also believe that if the crew foreman or supervisor was not going to be here that Nic should’ve explained this project clearly to the crew that was remaining on the job. The job consisted of a roof being done and siding being done in a skylight. When I showed Nic An issue I had he told me that the windowsill was probably not level. I find that very hard to believe he seemed to have more excuses than answers. I would recommend Refined Home Services to people as long as Nic is not the person in charge.”

Our project manager, Darren, kept everything moving perfectly, and Sam, the site manager, made sure all the work was flawless.Even in below-zero weather, the subcontractors showed up to frame and enclose the space right before a major snowstorm.
