“The four stars I’m putting on this job is because of the crew that was working here. Also, I’d like to say that Nic Is a typical salesman loves to talk but does not listen that is my biggest problem with this whole project other than I managed the project Nic was not here as often as he should’ve been. I saw a gentleman named Dave a lot more than I saw Nic. Nic did tell me that he explained the whole project to the crew, but he only explained it to a gentleman named Matthew who is the boss of the contractor that was doing the job. The boss for the contractor was only here the first day they started lack of communication to the crew is not acceptable. I also believe that if the crew foreman or supervisor was not going to be here that Nic should’ve explained this project clearly to the crew that was remaining on the job. The job consisted of a roof being done and siding being done in a skylight. When I showed Nic An issue I had he told me that the windowsill was probably not level. I find that very hard to believe he seemed to have more excuses than answers. I would recommend Refined Home Services to people as long as Nic is not the person in charge.“

“Amazing experience with Crossroads Contracting! Crossroads Contracting just built our ADU, and we love it. Keri designed a beautiful space, with the kitchen and bathroom being total highlights. Our project manager, Darren, kept everything moving perfectly, and Sam, the site manager, made sure all the work was flawless.Even in below-zero weather, the subcontractors showed up to frame and enclose the space right before a major snowstorm. “Shane & his 2 buddies came through for me tonight. On my way home from work, during a snowstorm, I was passing by a large plow truck and moved too far right to avoid it. My tire caught the built up snow and I ended up in a ditch on a sharp corner of a busy road. This truck pulled up, 3 guys came running out to see if I was okay & needed help. They pushed me out not once, but twice(my car pulled too far to the right after due to all the snow build up underneath)
These guys could’ve blown past me like many others, but they did the best deed and helped me before AAA even got there.
I just moved to town last month and will be keeping them in mind for all upcoming landscaping projects. They are the kind of people a company would want representing them. Thank you, again!“

“We had an amazing experience using Dube Plus to completely rebuild our family home that was built in the 60s & 70s. Every member of the Dube plus team from Steve & Katia in sales, Billy their draftsman, Jill the designer, Mark the foreman, and the owners Brittany and Eric, brought great ideas and energy to the project. Even their sub-contractors were excellent - really impressed with Tony and his electrical team, and 'The Kims' who did our countertops. This was a complete gut job with all new walls, doors, windows, foundation (in places), HVAC, completely remodeled kitchen and 4 baths, rebuilt interior staircase, deck addition and detached garage. The all work like a family and treated us like family.“
