Jamie was awesome to work with. As first-time home buyers, we had a lot of questions, and he took the time to walk us through everything and make sure we understood what he was seeing. The inspection was very thorough, and we left feeling much more confident about the house. Highly recommend!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Jamie is a phenomenal inspector and took his time to explain everything his eyes came across, as well as answer every question my wife and I had. We first used his service back in Sept for a house we had an offer accepted on. His thorough report opened our eyes to many, many things we had missed and ended up passing on what would have been a terrible idea. We Scheduled him again come October for another house we found and are comfortable with everything he pointed out and moving forward with the purchase of our first home.
