Dan did our new home pre-drywall inspection and our final inspection and was so happy with how knowledgeable and thorough he was. I'm glad I did this! Worth the money and peace of mind knowing our builder is doing things correctly and was able to get them to fixes most of his findings.
We used green house for two home inspections and both times they were extremely thorough and surpassed my expectations. I will be using green house for any home inspections needs of mine in the future, and I will be sending my friends and family to them as well! Highly recommend!
Jared was extremely thorough with his home inspection. He pointed out all of the faults, both big and small. He went above and beyond, even crawling underneath the house to check the structure. He made it very easy to make a decision on whether or not to purchase the home. He was far more attentive than other inspectors we have worked with in the past and we would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.
