John was fantastic !! I have never used him before but I like to look local and he was located the town over from mine . My whole house AC stopped working . I could go into many details but I’ll stick to the facts . I contacted John who of course is super busy this time of year in this heat . Even though he could not come out to look because he had so much work he walked me through somethings to try which I did . We then made contact several times after that as he checked in and gave me more advise . He then texted me the next day to see how everything was going . I have had PACE for multiple HVAC issues. (HVAC was originally installed years ago by a different company.) PACE has resolved both a/c and heat/furnace problems and has always responded quickly to fix the issue. I highly recommend this company and the service/s they provide.Services: HVAC system repair
