On July 4, 2024 an arrangement was delivered to our home from this florist. We were not called and told an arrangement was coming and were not home, as it was July 4. This beautiful arrangement was sent by our friends to help us heal from the loss of our beloved cat just days before. The arrangement was left mid day on our stairs - we have a camera outside. Owner of the business said it was delivered at 8:00 am - not true. Needless to say when we returned home this morning the arrangement was completely rotted from having been left outside in the direct sun. I called the owner and she asked what I would like her to do… I said she should be calling people when making arrangements for delivery to be sure they will be home and never leave an arrangement at an empty home. She said she would call me the next time an arrangement was sent from them to us - hahahahah. Yea ok, sure. I’ll make sure our friends and family never use this florist. Never offered to replace the arrangement or refund the sender. Just disgusting.

If I could leave 10 stars I would! The shop owner went out of her way, extremely late, to basically save Mother's Day for my family! Her eye for arranging bouquets is perfection. I am so grateful to have her in this small town and she is my new new go to for flowers. Thank you!

My wife and I reside in Arizona. Recently my wife wanted to send flowers to her cousin — who resides in the greater Canaan area — for her retirement. She Google searched and found Vintage and Blooms’ website to be the most appealing. She called and was given the most professional and courteous service. A picture of the bouquet was sent to her prior to delivery. First of all I am blown away by the ONE negative comment below. Please do not let a review like that sway you. Jenn strives to provide the best for her customs and has created a network of loyal happy customers. Her unique vintage style and beautifully crafted arrangements are true creations. Her decorative style, curation of antiques and personally sources items for sale are a must see. She creates an atmosphere that welcomes all and creates a space every community should have.

A one star is pushing it. I ordered prom flowers for my grandsons prom. Did not get what I ordered. I asked for yellow flowers, got white roses with pink tint. His did not even have a flower. Hers were already turning brown on the edges. Probably because she made them 2 days early. When I messaged her she was like "oh well, didn't have to take them" a 16 year old picked them up and wouldn't know what to do. "Other kids had no flowers" after going back and forth, she said they only had a slight pink on them. She took no responsibility for not putting together what I ordered. Finally She was going to refund half.2 weeks later no refund, and am told she is not refunding. Her reason was "you are the only one that complained" "the pictures you posted they looked happy" . It was their prom, they should look happy for God's sake..Will not recommend her for any thing. Her attitude and customer service is awful. Not the way to treat customers.
