We just finished with an installation with Northeast Climate and the professionalism and knowledge about the installation was top notch. They were punctual and customer service oriented. Drew And Zac (and their apprentice) were extremely insightful , honest and knowledgeable. From the very beginning Drew was very transparent about the process. We were looking at a few options and he gave us recommendation based on honesty and not something that would benefit his pocket. I have had many questions and he has been extremely responsive to all concerns I have had. I highly recommend his team not only for the honestly but the work they do which is exceptional as well. We will certainly be using them again in the future for any heating/cooling maintenance or needs.
