My husband & I recently made a permanent move from NH to FL. Before we moved, I met Jodie from Your Favorite Decorator. I showed Jodie pictures of the windows and the measurements for the house in Florida. I have never been a big fan of pinch pleat curtains but when I saw curtains that Jodie made, they were gorgeous! I had material that I chose for Florida decor, Jodie made me lined pinch pleat curtains for the front window in our Florida home. I have had people actually go up to these curtains, turn them to check out the way they were lined and mention how nice they hang. I needed to have drapes I purchased shortened, but after calling around to a number of places I only found seamstresses that worked on clothing. Luckily I found Your Favorite Decorator through a friend of a friend. They said she did wonderful work and they weren't over selling in any way. I need 4 panel done and each one came out exactly the same length and looked like they were done in the factory even down to the thread color. I understand she also does cushions, custom drapes, pillows & accessories, headboards and alterations. I don't usually write reviews, but I have no reservations about leaving this one. You won't be disappointed.

I have known Jodie for a long time. She has done projects for me personally such as window treatments and furniture covers. Jodie is professional, friendly, kind, and a great seamstress. Her work is impeccable with great attention to detail fulfilling her clients wishes. Her prices are also very reasonable. I have recommended her to many of my real estate clients and they have never been disappointed.
