We could not be happier with Seventh Gen Solar. Through the selection process they were responsive, professional and provided consistent advice throughout. I was a little apprehensive as they were the low-bidder on the project, but everything went GREAT. They met or beat their timelines, involved us in design considerations, did high quality work on the install and left the project clean. After Eversource installed our NetMeter, Erik came out and gave us a run-through on how to manage the system and off we went. We're now 6-months into our solar, and it's generating as expected, maybe even a little better!

Working with them through the process of getting quotes was great, but unfortunately, as soon as we told them we were ready to go with their service, they completely disappeared. Calls to their main number go to voice mail, which is full. Emails are never answered. I did get a hold of one person directly on her cell, and she promised me a response later that day or the next day at the absolute latest. Her self-imposed deadline came and went with no email. For whatever reason, this company is unwilling or unable to take me on as a customer.
