Kevin was one of the recommended chimney vendors from our realtor. I called multiple other vendors in the area as we were looking for an inspection, and wasn’t able to get a clear response or timeframe. When I called Kevin, he answered right away, was friendly, knowledgeable and very reasonable. He was able to complete our chimney inspection the same day all of our other inspections were happening, which saved us a lot of time and stress! He gave us results right away and was able to give us tips for the future. We will definitely be using him again!
I was a bit worried after I was referred to Kevin when I saw some of the reviews on Google. I was fortunate enough to receive 4 different estimates on my chimney which had been leaking since purchase of my home about 1 year ago. Kevin responded promptly to my request for an estimate and came to my home within 2 days. 2 estimates suggested tear down and rebuild, 2 recommended repointing, confirming flashing and sealing. The price ranges for this work varied by ~30K; concerning me based on my limited experience with Chimney. I chose Kevin. His price was by far the most reasonable.
