It has been a full year since our solar and battery back up system was installed. I intentionally wanted to wait to provide feedback until we had a full year of experience. We got off to a rocky start with the installation and it took 3 months to get the system working as designed. That being said and considering COVID and things out of GSS control I am still able to recommend GSS with 5 stars. My decision to go solar was strictly about reducing fixed monthly expenses. Granite State Solar did everything they said they would in our preliminary meeting. They expedited all the permits and kept us informed every step of the way. They finished on the schedule we agreed to, enabling use to complete the project before the federal tax rebate expired. Thomas and Ashley were knowledgeable and patient with use through all of our questions. They were also helpful in setting up the apps we needed to monitor our new system. The people who installed our solar system were professional and conscientious.

Great experience, so glad I moved forward with Solar. GSS made it a seamless process from quote to go live. The panels look great on my roof and I can monitor everything from my phone.
