We went Solar in January of 2021. We researched and met with many companies. By the time Granite State Solar came, I was ready to give up. They came. Took the information, checked our roof and said they would be in touch. The next day via email our quote arrived. We took it. When I spoke with the company I was assured it would be a very easy process. It was! They were here for every step. After install and we were up and running the owner called us to check in. Recently, I had a question. When I called they answered it but also did a follow up to confirm our system ok. They did not pressure us. Every installer was professional and understanding. I highly recommend this local company. I do not work for GSS and no one in my family works for them.
Professional, responsive, and great people to work with from initial planning to system start-up! All the State and local paperwork as well as financing was all handled by GSS in an efficient manner - I barely lifted a finger, except to sign papers and flip the switch once my net meter was installed. The installation crew was wonderful and were responsive to my questions and were thorough in walking me through the project so I understood all the components and how and where everything was connected (two arrays on two buildings). They were professional and you could hardly tell that they had basically camped out on my property for two days. Very neat and no one smoked, a plus for me! I highly recommend GSS for your solar energy needs.
