Good Iyengar Yoga is so hard to find. Rose constructs class in a way where the physical sensations inform proper alignment not only guides students but captivates them as well. I was so shocked to find such an experienced Iyengar teacher in Northern NH. Studio is beautiful as well. For sure one of the best teachers i have found in NH

This is the most beautiful yoga studio I have ever practiced in. Everything has been constructed "green" so the environment is healing and conducive to growth.Classes are wonderful and teachers are well trained.The White Mountains are exhilarating and the town of Bethlehem is a tiny treasure trove featuring a great cafe, independent film theater, and delightful shops and Inns'.Tina the owner, is a wise woman, Kundalini teacher and a gal with a gong.
