It’s been quite a while since I’ve experienced *REAL* customer service. My experience today was above and beyond good service. The friendly and immediate service was expanded by finding out how much more this family offers to people who not only need RV parts, but mechanical and replacement services, what’s available in the NH area for fun times or extended parking. I found myself in an immediate need of an LP Gas regulator for some surprise guests showing up for the holidays and they had the exact same one to replace but I ended up getting an upgraded version due to the recommendations of the owner. Very easy to schedule and arrived on time. The job was a little more than expected, but Troy handled it like a Pro! They also have a great RV store inside the Belknap Mall. Highly recommend them.

Troy agreed to look at our camper after 6 others refused to because of its age. He diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes and fixed it another 10. He is knowledgeable, experienced and ethical. Knows campers of all ages, makes and styles. We are so thankful to have found him. We get at least one more season to enjoy our ‘old gal’ !
