Mike came by yesterday to fix barely functioning central AC. It turned out to be a layered issue that could easily have been missed by someone not as competent and thorough. Air now cold as the Arctic! Thanks Mike!
Mass Mechanical installed our Trane whole house air conditioning unit around 30 years ago. With yearly maintenance, our unit is still going. A testament to the maintenance crew and for the recommendation and installation of a system that would last over time. We chose them because they had the best plan for cooling the whole house.
Mass Mechanical installed our original system, then an upgrade 20+ years later and did a great job! Last night, we lost heat - I emailed them sometime after 6pm. At 6am this morning, I rec'd an email from Rick saying someone would be there this morning - the technician called at 7:30am to tell us he was on his way and would be here by 8am - and then fixed our system. I wish every contractor was this professional, responsive, and performed the level of quality work!
