always a great experience bringing my shih-poo to HH for a spa day. their groomers are patient with my sometimes nervous girl, and ensure her experience is as relaxing and stress-free as possible. jennifer, courtney, and the groomers are always friendly and attentive!

Bold move to label yourselves as "pet groomers" when you say you don't offer haircuts for german shepherds, only baths and nail trimming. Also was informed that the nail trimming was "mandatory" for a visit. Just wanted to put this out there for anyone else considering?

Very warm and friendly staff! They do such a great job making my pup feel comfortable for baths and nail trimmings. She's absolutely terrified at home and you would think after multiple trips that she would be scared to go there, but she is always eager to see them despite her fear of water. That says a lot!
