In this group is a wonderful team of professionals. I called with a concern about my pet and the person on the phone was kind and helpful. They were able to get me a visit scheduled with a veterinarian that same day. The veterinary technician that helped with the visit was spectacular, and I am so grateful for their kindness, compassion, and commitment to great care!

We have been taking all of our animals here since 2021 and as our family has grown they now see our dog and three cats. The people are so caring and truly love our animals. Vet tech Brianna sees our old kitty every month for shots and it is clear how much she cares about her and loves her which makes us as owners feel so good but also it is clear how comfortable our girl is with her. All of the staff want to make you and your pet as comfortable as possible and are also really good at helping determine the best options for your family regarding treatments based on pet needs and monetary options.

The staff was kind and thorough. Bedford Animal Hospital is a very popular place. It's not easy to get an appointment but I was very happy with the service. Dr. Melissa took care of everything ❤️ just right. Thank you.

This place is the best!
I have a dog that needed cyst surgery on her tail. Our old vet refused to do that and instead wanted her in every few months for some costly ointments that didn't work. We switched to Bedford Animal Hospital and Dr Sofield was confident he could do it. He removed her cyst, taught us how to care for the wound and it healed perfectly! We transferred our older dog to them after that and unfortunately soon after, she needed to be put down. Again, Dr Sofield and Jordan were so compassionate and kind during the process and really felt for us! So sweet. Finally, we transferred our cat to them and we saw Dr Watts. She gave her a thorough exam and explained in better detail how a certain repeat test our old vet said was needed, was not necessary! Jordan was so sweet to our cat, holding her and giving her special treats during the exam.
Both vets give very practical advice, they have kind reception people as well as the assistants who work there too. And, we are always able to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time! :)
