Emerald Tree Experts is one first-class outfit! From the initial phone calls with Sean, to the final clean-up of our tree removal project with the work crew, Sean and his crew were professional, thorough, and pleasant. Sean walked the job with me in the winter, with snow on the ground. He listened to my concerns regarding the trees, growth, and fallen limbs around my property, and then offered few additional suggestions. He and his crew came back for the tree removal in the early summer when things were much more filled in. He and his crew strategized regarding the removal of each tree, to avoid my house, wires, and other healthy trees. They used block and tackle to remove sections of larger trees for safe removal. They maximize the efficient use of some impressive equipment, including a bucket truck, and a chipper. You can have some fancy equipment, but without great communication skills and attention to customer service, the whole thing falls flat. Emerald Tree Experts are just that – EXPERTS! It was a true pleasure doing business with them.
