BEST CARPET CLEANERS in the area! I highly recommend this company for not just carpets but upholstery too ! Scotty made our couch look like brand new and it was in horrible shape. Our carpets were just as bad and they turned out awesome as well. When we called, the phones were answered by a real person in the office, not an answering service or voicemail machine with no return phone call. Going forward, we wouldn't even think of using another company. A very professional agency all around ! ?

My review is for what they did for us, but what they didn’t do. They evaluated our issue and gave us common sense solutions to implement on our own without having to pay them. The visit was free and they were incredibly professional. Great to know there are honest businesses in the valley. I’d use them again if needed in a heartbeat.

I own a condominium unit in Intervale that had significant water damage and mold throughout. I had difficulty getting a service to come to provide mold remediation. I stopped in to Duralean in Intervale when I noticed their sign on Route 302. Scott immediately went to inspect the unit, then put aside other jobs to start right away after I told him a single mom and her 6 yr old child had been displaced by this loss. He worked hard to get the unit cleaned ASAP. He was kind, communicative and thorough. I felt he genuinely cared about the situation. Professionals like Scott are a rare breed in this day and age.
