Jerri was an absolutely great person to have quote the basement. She was very honest with me. Adrian, Who installed the carpet was an extremely polite and hard worker. Would recommend!

We are very happy with the work Don did changing grout in our bathrooms, as well as carpet change in the house. It was all around great experience: the quality of work, communication, recommendations and price! I highly recommend Don and would definitely use his service again!

From start to finish we were happy! We needed new floors desperately and wanted to support local. We made an appointment to speak with Jerri at the showroom floor. We walked in and immediately felt comfortable. She shared in our excitement and walked us through how the process would work. I won't give all the details, but from Jerri, we talked with Don who scheduled our appointment for when our floors would be done. Don could hear my apprehension as I worried about timing etc. so he asked Stuart (installer extraordinaire) to come over to explain how he was going to floor our house and we wanted to know what we could do on our end to make his job easier.
