Our house has been surging for the last couple months. Any time you turned something on all the lights would shut off and then go back on at half power. It got to the point where we couldn’t even turn the AC’s on and if we had to use the dryer it had to be the only thing running in the house. We got 3 quotes from 3 electricians, 2 of whom wanted to replace everything because they said they couldn’t see anything wrong. We have had Councilman out to our house several times since moving in two years ago. They have done various small projects - running wires, fixing outlets, security cameras, breaker problems, etc. When we first moved in they went through the whole house to address any concerns we may have. They were able to quote us on the work and let us decide what was a priority. They are always very efficient, polite, and clean up after themselves.
