I spoke with Jay in customer service. He was delightful and informative. I had called and asked numerous questions about well reports and inspections. He directed me to the correct website to find the same information in the future and answered every one of my many questions with patience. He also gave me his direct number to call to request a well inspection. I could tell he truly cares about helping the customers. I truly appreciate his information and time.

We truly appreciate Doug from Skilling and Sons for coming out to help us. He was determined and never gave up until he was able to track down the leak we had in our home. Since moving to our home over 10 years ago, we have had Skillings and Sons replace our well pump, install a new water softening system as well as a greensand unit. They also serviced the radon system that was present. Through all of this work they have done for us, they have been extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They just recently replaced the radon system, and the technicians who did the were wonderful! I would absolutely highly recommend Skillings!
