My husband and I had the good fortune of being referred to Nick of Premier House Inspection
We had 7 calendar days to get a multitude of inspections completed. Nick was amazing from the very first point of contact to the last. First, he has a wide range of services offered including general home inspection, radon air testing , well water testing and septic testing - just to name a few.

Nick & Cheryl's thoroughness and knowledge were might impressive. The inspection report was over 60 pages and also gave insightful tips to new home owners on routine upkeep too! They were also super responsive when we needed a quick inspection for contracted contingency dates. HIGHLY Recommend
Nick made the home inspection process smooth, thorough and educational. He carefully explained his findings and was professional and kind along the way. The inspection was scheduled last minute in the afternoon and he had a long drive home, yet still had the report up that evening! Amazingly proficient, would highly recommend.
