I received a mailer from Ferris Plumbing & HVAC and it was timely as I was looking for a reputable company that could service both heat & AC and handle plumbing work. From the initial reach out through the first visit they’ve been excellent to work with; convenient scheduling, very pleasant and competent. Would recommend to anyone needing services.
Had a gas line installed for our new barbecue today and the service was nothing short of exceptional. Chris and his colleague showed up early for the appointment and completed the job with great attention to detail. They answered all of our questions and demonstrated a high level of knowledge and competence in their field. Would highly recommend these guys !
Shout out to Ferris Plumbing & HVAC for coming to the rescue. I contacted many plumbers for help with a drain pipe in our house. No one had the ability to help in an urgent timeline. Matt was the only one who went above and beyond offering to help us as quickly as possible. He had to do some rearranging of his schedule, but he was willing to do so. Communication was great, professional technician, excellent workmanship and the area was spotless when they were done. Thank you for the great work!
