“I had my first appointment at Lumen Eye Care today, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was welcoming and professional, making the whole visit smooth and efficient.
Dr. Christopher Daldine was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything in detail in a way that was easy to understand. This was honestly the first eye appointment I’ve ever had where I left feeling like I truly understood what was going on with my eyes.
Rather than simply being told to come back in six months, Dr. Daldine carefully walked me through my exam findings, explained what they meant, answered every question I had, and outlined a thoughtful plan for monitoring my eye health. His transparency, patience, and knowledge immediately put me at ease.
After such a thorough evaluation, I was told I don’t need to return for another year, which gave me confidence that the recommendations were based on what was truly best for my eyes. I left feeling informed, reassured, and confident that I was receiving excellent care!
It’s not often that you leave a medical appointment feeling like every aspect of the experience exceeded your expectations, but that was certainly the case here.
I highly recommend Dr. Daldine and the entire team at Lumen Eye Care to anyone looking for knowledgeable, compassionate, and exceptionally thorough eye care.”
