We can’t say enough wonderful things about Determined Martial Arts. Since our son started attending, we’ve seen an incredible transformation—not just in his physical strength and skills, but in his self-confidence. He walks so much taller, speaks up more, and takes on challenges with a newfound sense of determination and confidence; he knows he can do hard things! We’ve had friends, family, and teachers comment on how much more confident and focused he has become since starting karate a year ago. I can’t say enough good things about DMA.
I was searching for positive male influence, discipline, respect, and a healthy outlet for my boys’ big emotions. From the very first phone call, I felt heard and grounded. I was told with confidence, “This is exactly the place for that.” And it truly has been.
The structure, leadership, and ethics here are steady and strong. The instructors are firm yet gentle — the balance is powerful. They keep things consistent while staying connected to each child. Determined Martial Arts has been a fantastic fit for our daughter. She is challenged & encouraged every class. So much growth has happened in the year we have participated in martial arts at DMA.
