We had the pleasure of meeting Alan, Tammy, Katie and their crew when our motorcoach developed alternator issues on our annual camping trip to North Conway, New Hampshire
Alan was not only kind enough to come to our campground to take a look and see how he could access the alternator in our motorcoach, but he also offered us his pick up truck to use during our vacation time while working on the Motorcoach. As we tow our own car, we didn’t take him up on his generous offer.

Easy to make an appointment about a week out. Work done right at a fair price. Invoice shows what they did and what you got charged for. They even put shop towels down to keep the mechanic’s feet off my carpet.Office manager Tammy made sure I got my old mirror back for spare parts. Nice.

My car broke down while on vacation. Called a few places that all said 2-3 weeks to even look at it. Albany Service Center told me they were pretty booked too, but they’d squeeze me in when they could in the next day or so. Had it towed there first thing Tuesday morning, and picked it up by noon on Thursday. Tammy was super friendly and helpful.
