We did a custom mother’s ring with Kerri and loved our experience. To start this review I’ll add that I am not a creative person and I was very intimidated by the idea of creating a custom piece at all - let alone a piece that told the story I wanted to tell. Kerri sat down with my husband and me and was so patient as I tried to explain what I wanted without knowing the proper words…or really what I wanted... We never felt rushed or like we were a burden. In fact, quite the opposite. We told Kerri our story and she put that story into a ring we can treasure forever. The ring is more than we hoped for and the experience was wonderful. I whole heartedly recommend trusting The Jewelers Vault with your jewelry wants and needs. Don’t feel like you have to go in knowing the fancy words and jewelry lingo - Kerri helps you every step of the way and you leave with a piece you can’t help but want to show off. 💍
