I was very impressed with your Tech, Jeremy. He is very competent and was very knowledgeable and obviously a hard worker. My AC is purring like a new one now and I’m enjoying the fruits of Jeremy’s labor. I also appreciate how quickly you were able to schedule me in after the Warranty finally located the parts.

I was without power during the snow storm, and when it came back on my heater wouldn’t kick on. I called a different company and after them being here for almost an hour they told me I needed a new circuit board. I ended up calling McCormick’s and within 5 minutes of Josh being here, my heat was back on. Highly recommend!
