Had the owner himself come out to give me an estimate. Called the next morning to approve the estimate and contract him to replace our gutters. Waited four weeks until I had to contact him to find out what was going on. He said they were running behind. No problem, I asked him to just let me know when they would be out here which she said would be that next weekend at the latest. Two weeks later, contacted the owner again to find out when we were going to have The work done. The response I got was not only disturbing but highly unprofessional.
