Window World provided great service to me. They came out to Ida Grove to do my estimate and were very understanding when I told them I didn't have a set timeline to get my windows done. There was no pressure from Tyler the manager to decide right away and there was no pressure to upgrade any of my windows. I had another window company Mad City also come quote and the were triple the price and very high pressure to decide right away. From the initial bid process to the reminder texts and calls on install dates to the professionalism of the installers the entire process was smooth and easy from start to finish.
And the real test was last night’s wind 🌬️
Normally we would hear howling and see the blinds moving but this time it was absolute silence. Zero noise. That alone sold us.
