I am not sure why there are negative reviews, because when I went in I was a walk in and it was only me and the nice lady that worked there. There was a little bit of a language barrier, so basically all I did was show a picture for reference and she went right to work cutting and straightening my hair. The picture was an alternative hairstyle with a lot of layers, and I’m always worried going to new places because the stylists never quite achieve the amount and type of layers I’m looking for. They did a perfect job on my son fade, they fixed up his hair after i took him to Cost Cutters on hamilton, they really dont know how to cut hair couldnt even do a fade..glad i found this spot!

Very happy with the service, especially from Elizabeth, a very kind girl, very attentive and in my opinion the best in hair cutting not only in this place but everywhere, she is a true profession.
