If there was a NEGATIVE AMOUNT OF STARS I WOULD RATE THEM EVEN LESS. Lehi Tonga, the general manager, is charging for work that was not done. They have been nothing but crooks. They cashed a check that required our signatures along with their signature. They deposited the $25,000 check without the required signatures. We saw our project manager, Robin Chute, three times in a five month period. The job is still not complete after seven months! This franchise has less than nine employees and certainly can’t handle our project or yours.

Every person from those who were sent to clean up our damaged property to those who replaced concrete block, laid new brick work, painted, and installed new doors were prompt and professional. Our project manager, Robin Chute worked with us and our daughter to make a difficult experience very manageable for us. Thanks to each of you!

June of 2023 my basement flooded, Paul Davis showed up and got to work right away ripping out carpet, flooring, and getting vacs and driers setup. I asked if they are going to cut the walls and was told no it’s just paneling and will dry. Asked what’s behind the paneling though how will we know everything is dry behind it and never got an answer, fast forward a week in June and the fans are still going in my basement. And wet items are still downstairs IE. couches, furniture, rugs, etc. my insurance company had to call several times to get them back to our house. They came back and asked again about the paneling and they put a machine on the wall and the machine said “dry” which is great grand wonderful but what about behind the paneling, took another week and my 11 year old to send pictures of the paneling peeling and crumbling and oh my goodness there was drywall behind the paneling. I sent these pictures to Justin (project manager) and he agreed everything needs to come out now after 2 weeks of the drywall soaking up water now, so they began demo after insurance company said to gut the basement now since they failed to do their job correctly. Instead of getting a dumpster to my house right away for this they stalled and began removing things and just throw them in my front yard which I have pics of still and was told oh we can’t get a dumpster today, a week later I had to pay for a dumpster out of my own pocket since they couldn’t be bothered to get one and left everything in my front yard in the grass. Now at this point most of the walls are removed and the ceiling is not and there’s about 5” of wall left around the top under the ceiling that they are just going to leave, my insurance company said no that is not staying take it out, after a lengthy argument through text with Harold about this I fired Paul Davis from finishing the “job” and hired service master to finish everything which they did a great job, and had to get a mold company from Omaha to come up and test everything all because Paul Davis was being lazy and didn’t want to do their job correctly. A 10-15k dollar job turned into $70,000.00 for a complete basement remodel all because Paul Davis left our basement with water behind the walls because they didn’t do a simple flood cut to see what’s behind everything. After all this they wanted almost 5,000 still and they threw away my personal property in the basement and NEVER gave me a list of what was thrown away so I could submit to insurance to get paid for these items. After ALL of this Harold the manager tried to get me to sign a paper or basically a NDA stating that I will not contact BBB or post anything talking about what happened at my house and how they “dropped the ball” which is in Justin’s own words in text. I in fact DID NOT sign this paper and just posting this review so hopefully others don’t have to go through what we did.

I worked with Robin Chute. He made sure my repairs were done in a timely manner, worked around my time schedule, and was easy to communicate with.
