Whoever answers your phone is pretty rude. We rescued a dog and wanted local vet help but the guy told me to call someone else and hung up on us. We called for serious help. Thanks a lot whoever your secretary is.

Dr.Parsons is always very kind. We've taken our dog to him for vaccines since he was a puppy, and we've experienced no problems. :)

I have brought my 3 chihuahua here for their checkups, shots, etc. and I have not had any problems with them.

I've come here at 1 and 1:30 the last few days and every time there is a note on the door that says "out to lunch be back at 3:30" I don't understand why or who takes a 2.5+ hour lunch break. Not very convenient at all.

Dr. Parsons charges a fair or comparable price for vaccines and offers the opportunity to buy single flea treatments, but I've not had good experience with major issues. He does not have the capability to take X-rays so I was referred someplace else for those. He charges (in my opinion) too much for fixing larger dogs and seems to have limited knowledge for taking care of animal injuries.

I was in the middle of asking some questions about how to deal with a flea problem, and the guy on the phone didn't feel like answering any more of my questions so he told me to call an exterminator and hung up on me. I couldn't believe how rude he was and I would NEVER take my pet to a place like this. Get a new receptionist if you want your business to improve.
