These flowers were the epitome of a stunningly beautiful arrangement! I ordered from San Diego. The woman I spoke was super friendly as well as the woman who delivered them. Excellent. Way above my expectations! Will definitely use them for all my flower arrangement needs!!

If there was an award for customer service Merle’s Flower Shop would win it hands down. I live in Iowa. Their business is in Nebraska. I called and asked for anniversary gift suggestions. They made a video of their store and sent photos of ideas. They were helpful in making a choice. Then after I placed the order they sent me a photo of the flower arrangement I ordered. Who does that? Only really caring people. You should give a class on customer service
