Clean gym, and positive environment. The classes he offers are worth the try! Rene is very patient & encourages everyone to go at their pace. Like he has mentioned before “It’s not a race” and that really shows his support in teaching, coaching, and training for the ones that are beginning and for the ones that have been with him longer. He cares for each individual that walks into this gym!

The gym is spacious and has all equipment needed to workout.
My brother started as a beginner in boxing, he was really nervous, but Rene made everything so much easier for him.
He speaks Spanish, which has been such a relief for my brother. Rene is patient, encouraging, and really knows how to make each training session fun and effective. I've improved so much thanks to his guidance. If you're looking for a coach who genuinely cares and makes you feel comfortable, Rene is the best!
