This amazing company are the true meaning of customer service. I reached out to them online and received a call back within 5 minutes. Debi called me and she was absolutely amazing to speak with, very informative kind and understanding of the situation we were in with our furnace. We were treated with the up most respect throughout the whole process. They kept us informed of the arrival time and apologized several times for taking longer then expected. Steven and Greyson showed up to our home to do the work and they both had a great attitude, kind and very informative of what was wrong with our furnace. Such amazing prices as well.. R Mechanical, despite being busy, arrived to our residence when I needed an immediate response to ensure my furnace was safe to use. Debi was flexible, actually bending over backwards to have a technician respond asap, scheduling me as a priority. All this was pleasantly surprising, thereafter I was again surprised by the reasonable price of the service, which entailed over an hour! I would highly recommend them, and I am using them from now on.
