I love Dr. Burbach and refer her to anyone I hear of that is looking for a veterinarian. It's obvious that she loves what she does and my dogs have been seeing her for more than 15 years. I will be a client for as long as she is here. Also the staff and vet techs are always very nice and helpful.

Was looking for weather stripping for our door. The guy that helped me was great. He found some pieces that worked. I came back later to purchase a storm door and he assisted me in making sure the door is going to fit and the right color I want.
They came to provide an estimate for my elderly mother, who didn’t fully understand the process and was uncomfortable having two people in her home. This led to some miscommunication, and the manager initially decided not to service the home due to what he felt was disrespect during the explanation. I spoke with Fred, the manager, who explained the situation clearly and professionally. He clarified that they usually perform the service the same day as the estimate, and if they have to return on a different day, a new estimate is needed.
Despite the initial misunderstanding, we were able to resolve everything, and they did service her home. Devin was respectful, patient, and did an amazing job. The carpet looks great. That’s why I gave them a 5-star rating — for their professionalism in resolving the issue and the excellent quality of their work.
