I just wanted to share, that Westside is amazing. (We were at the Pierce location this day, but I can imagine they’re both equally great.) They weren’t my dogs primary vet clinic (I wish they had been after my experience with them), but we had to take my baby Milo there due to his vet not being able to get him in and unfortunately we had to say goodbye to him that day. Even though they had never dealt with him before, they were extremely comforting and warm to him and us during his exam to find out the problem and especially during our goodbyes. It was a horrible day, but their professionalism, gentleness, and compassion made it a little easier despite it all. They gave us plenty of time to love on him and say goodbye to him, we never felt rushed or like an inconvenience even though it was well past their closing time by the time we left. Thank you Westside for your amazing staff. If I ever get another furbaby, you will be where we go. Cant recommend you guys enough. ❤️

Westside Grooming has been grooming our Gracie for five years now. They do a wonderful job, and they are friendly and very caring. We are very happy with the services they provide, and they are always very jind to Gracie?

When I have needed to board my vizsla Bella, she loves it here. The longest I have boarded her is 7 days and when I picked her up she was happy and healthy. Bella gets too run and receives love and attention there. I will always trust my Bella in their care.

I took my dog to Westside clinic for a yeasty ear, and felt horribly overcharged by the vet that we saw initially (the service was 3x the amount that we were quoted on the phone) and I was very unhappy with the service. However, on a recommendation from someone, I was able to contact and speak to Dr. Shane Pederson who is a vet there and he was very kind and understanding. I wish we had seen him from the start. He gave my dog a more thorough look and he spent a lot of time explaining the issue and talking about the different options. I am amending my review to be 4 stars instead of 1 star, due to Dr Shane Pederson making things right by me. Thank you very much!

My black lab loved it. They let them out 5-6 times a day to play in the grass. 4 star because I had to wait for 20 minutes for someone to come to the front to help. No bell to ring when yiu are up front and workers are in thre back with other pets.

Westside clinic will overcharge you wherever they can! We just moved here and I wanted to establish a vet in the area, and wanted my dogs yeasty ear looked at. I called this clinic and they said it would cost $35-45 for the exam and then extra for meds. We had just finished living in a hotel for 2 months because it is so hard to find a rental here, so we have been extremely strapped for cash.

Westside Family Pet Clinic are such caring people. We recently had to let our little “girl” Dolly go. The staff was amazing! They explained our options, were so understanding, gave us the time we needed to say goodbye and sent us a beautiful card. I definitely recommend them for all your fur babies needs. Dr. Pedersen and the staff at Westside Family Pet Clinic are amazing. They have taken care of our golden retriever, King for 10+ years and have always been so kind and patient. King was 120 pounds and only stubborn when it came to vet appointments where he would literally dig his toenails into the cement. He was a smart boy but didn’t like the ongoing ear infections he’d get from the many allergies he had which led him to visit the clinic. This summer King was diagnosed with cancer and we recently had to say goodbye to him. Everyone at the clinic was so kind and compassionate during such a difficult time in our life. Thank you, Dr. Pedersen and staff. We appreciate you all so much!

Dr. Stevie Beuttgenbach was very nice, and did a great job helping us with our pup that chewed on an inhaler last night. She had some bad side effects late last night and this morning, and we don't know what we would've done if she didn't help us. We plan on starting to come to this clinic from now on whenever possible!
