“We went to the Siouxland Garden Show in 2022 searching for a contractor to overhaul a major retaining wall. The only booth that gave us the time of day was Kai Brothers. Brenn was responsive in getting on site to put together an estimate and provide photos of sample materials. After the initial estimate, we decided to wait another year to save to make the project as good as it could be and we are BLOWN AWAY by the beauty and quality of the finished job. Blake and Brenn made it a point to be courteous to our neighbors in a busy residential area and checked in frequently about design choices, layout preferences and potential hiccups. They also went out of their way to clean up the sidewalk and common use areas every night. The Kai Brothers cannot come more highly recommended from my husband and I and we will definitely be having them back for phase two. We are thrilled with how the project turned out and so impressed by the communication, flexibility and friendliness that Blake and Brenn brought to the job site. Five stars is not enough!“
