“Our home sits on a side sloped lot. Several times over the years, when we've had hard fast rain, the water enters our basement from our sliding walk out. We finally decided to have something done & called Chad with Urban Landscapes (he initially installed our retaining walls in our yard when our home was being built). Without hesitation, he had the solution! His crew built another small retaining wall and built up the yard a bit. The new retaining wall was incorporated into our existing wall so it doesn't look like an afterthought and looks beautiful. The true testament to his quality work was the torrential rain & flooding we just experienced. We didn't have 1 drop of water come in through our sliding door!
