“I worked with Colorworld for repainting the exterior of my house. The process started smoothly aside from him not making note of the new trim pattern on the bid, but then my rep quit. I hadnt heard from anyone for nearly a month after ordering the paint samples. I understand turnover can be challenging but the lack of communication was a bit annoying. Once I got in touch with Ben, the rep who took over, it started moving forward. I would give Ben five stars but the work itself is a 3/4. After the painters left we noticed they had painted over our downspouts instead of taking them off, got paint all along the trim of our back sliding door, missed a couple of corners and didnt recaulk around our front door as discussed. Ben came over and personally touched up some of the spots but the caulk around the front door was only partially replaced and does not look good and there is still paint along our white sliding door. Corlorworld was one of the most affordable bids I received but if I had to do it all over again would go with a company that uses their own painters instead of contracting the work out so there is greater accountability.“
