I visited Vision Center twice - once with my parents and once with my aunt to get prescription eyeglasses. Both visits were excellent experiences.
Denis and Eleanor were very patient and helpful, taking the time to explain all options clearly and assisting us in selecting frames that suited everyone’s style and needs. Their professionalism and kindness made the process easy and comfortable for my parents and aunt. Manager Kristine was also fantastic, providing attentive support and ensuring everything went smoothly from start to finish.

I had wanted a new pair of glasses, but the place I go for exams didn’t have the style I wanted. I checked out Walmart’s vision center with my prescription, and was able to find a pair I liked. The two associates that helped me were helpful and friendly. My glasses came in sooner than expected, and the lady who helped me (who had also helped me order them), made sure they were all clean and ready to go. I couldn’t wear them out, as I had my contacts in, but she told me to make sure and come back if they needed any adjustments, and to bring my old pair with me too, to get those adjusted as well. I had a good experience overall.
My frames snapped in half right before a big vacation on a Sunday morning. They were the only place open within a 45 mile radius. The vision technician was so helpful and polite on the phone and said "If you can make it here, I will be sure to help you get what you need." She had frames of similar size and style ready upon my arrival, and even when we ended up using an old pair of mine that fit the lenses better, she cleaned them up and adjusted them like a brand new pair. I was so grateful for her professionalism and care for me in a tough situation. Thank you!
