Just had our second visit at papillion urgent care for our cat Snickers. We drive over an hour to go here. The care and compassion we received here was above and beyond. Thank you again so much for helping us feel comfortable as can be during a very uncomfortable and sad time for our family. We appreciate the care you provide.

The staff was kind and attentive. You explained things thoroughly. I didn't get a name, but the young dark haired vet tech was AMAZING! One of the sweetest vet techs I've ever encountered. Also, the vet that came in somehow had a way to put us at ease. During the time of panic and feeling so dumb over what has happened, you made us feel comfortable and better. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your service to animals and owners. What I appreciated most is your kindness and compassion. We were terrified of losing our baby and you did everything prior to in the phone as well as while we were there.

Our Zelda came down with Parvo. They tested her and then admitted her immediately. She was there for 3.5 days. I was informed of her progress frequently via texts and calls from the actual vet taking care of her. I felt she was taken care of so well. Everyone was awesome! What I appreciated most is the immediate care Zelda received since Parvo is deadly to dogs. I appreciated every staff member I came into contact with whether it was text call or in person
