I love coming to skin experts. They are so nice and welcoming. They have helped me a lot with my skincare journey and also have always done and amazing job on my brows. I like the extra care and time put into it that makes even a brow was feel like a five star spa experience. Definitely would recommend.
Such a nice and relaxing experience. I asked about products at the end and didn’t feel pressured to buy anything but still felt very informed and comfortable. I saw the esthetician Hope, and it was so nice conversing with her and felt well taken care of.
this was my first ever facial so I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was a good experience! I did the free quick one to try it out and they sent me home with this "beautification plan" that's actually pretty helpful for me to build a skincare routine. They were really trying to sell me on their memberships and products, which I know is how the business makes money, but I didn't buy anything. I thought everything smelled and felt great, I'm just not super convinced that everything is 100% necessary and not just another product for me to give them money for. I recommend going for their free promotion at least- it was a nice relaxing time and I learned a bit! Just don't feel pressured to commit to a membership or hundreds of dollars in products if you aren't sold. I will say though, all the employees there were very sweet and willing to answer my questions despite also really trying to sell haha
