My 5-star review is all thanks to Kayla. She is great at her job and is so positive. Right away you feel comfortable asking for help. She has such a bubbly demeanor. She looked in not one or two but three places for a product for me and even offered to reserve it for me at another store. Then she proceeded to educate me on the store coupons which I really appreciated. She is a stellar employee. This has been by far the most positive experience I have had at this store and it is all thanks to her.
Ulta is great. I see Alex for perms twice a year. She's so pleasant and does such a great job. I like shopping in Ulta also, their selection of items is outstanding. The perfume area is my favorite and I have purchased several different types in this last year. I also found out that you can go to another Ulta. I was in Idaho, and they knew what I had done and could repeat it if that was my desire. That's a huge plus for me.
I have also used mail order, and that is seamless as well.ell.

I went in yesterday with a list of products to find and try, and several staff members including Ireland were very helpful in directing me to where products were at. Brenda was absolutely lovely, she spent probably a good half hour with me helping to find a concealer and foundation that matched me perfectly. She answered all of my questions about application and additional products I was looking for, and recommended some really nice new ones for my skin type and issues. She was so kind and friendly; I haven't been makeup shopping in a long time, and this store and its staff made the experience a lot easier and less stressful than I expected it to be.
