Austin was very good at explaining the issues we had with our computer. He then provided us with options to fix the computer and made sure it functioned properly. When he reloaded the computer he made sure we were up to date and we had the basic apps loaded. His customer service was excellent. It is because of employees like Austin we use Schrock.
